Fire Resilience Excellence Award nominations close next week
The 2025 Fire Resilience Excellence Awards (FREAs), sponsored by AXA, are approaching their submission deadline.
Nominees have until midnight on 14 January 2025 to submit their entries.
The awards celebrate excellence in fire resilience, with ten categories covering individuals, teams, and organisations.
How to enter the FREAs
To enter, nominees must ensure their submissions meet all entry criteria, as incomplete submissions may be disqualified.
The criteria, set by the FREAs, prohibit external links or attachments. Answers are evaluated solely on the quality and relevance of the information provided.
Categories and judging process
The categories include Outstanding Leader, Outstanding Team, and Outstanding Product or Innovation, among others.
Entries will be assessed by a panel of industry leaders, and their decisions will be final. Finalists will be announced ahead of the awards ceremony in April.
Details of the awards ceremony
The FREAs will be held during the Safety & Security Series from 8–10 April 2025 at the NEC in Birmingham.
Winners will be celebrated during a dinner at the Birmingham Metropole Hotel on 8 April, alongside the Security and Safety Entrepreneur Awards and the Workplace Violence Reduction Awards.
