Advanced presents smarter false alarm reduction
Advanced will return to Intersec Saudi Arabia 2025 to present its latest UL and EN fire protection technologies, demonstrating how the company is supporting the Kingdom’s evolving safety needs.
The event takes place from 29 September to 1 October at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC), where visitors to Stand 5-D36 can explore the UL 864-approved Axis AX system, upgraded Axis EN panels, and a suite of solutions for smoke control, suppression, redundancy and more.
Advanced UL and EN Solutions for Saudi Arabia
With large-scale, high-rise and mission-critical projects on the rise, demand for UL-certified systems continues to grow.
The Axis AX platform, UL 864 10th Edition-approved, combines high performance, advanced cause-and-effect programming and scalability from two panels to 200 networked nodes.
Voice evacuation is built in, with integrated audio, multi-channel messaging and PerfectSync technology to keep alerts coordinated across even the largest sites.
For EN-standard projects, the enhanced Axis EN system offers an eight-times faster processor, improved power efficiency and versatile wired/wireless configurations.
Its hybrid capability makes it ideal for retrofits in historic or operational buildings, while robust mesh wireless compatibility ensures reliable coverage with minimal installation disruption.
Beyond detection: smarter fire protection
Advanced’s AlarmCalm software, available in Axis EN and MxPro 5 systems, helps tackle false alarms by enabling tailored investigation delays and verification logic for specific building areas.
This flexibility allows kitchens, bedrooms and public spaces to be managed differently, significantly reducing unnecessary evacuations.
The company will also showcase complementary technologies that extend protection beyond detection.
DynamixSmoke offers intuitive smoke control programming for fans, dampers and stairwell pressurisation, while redundant panel configurations keep systems operational during faults, vital for critical sites such as data centres.
For high-value asset protection without water damage risk, ExGo gas extinguishing systems deliver EN-approved reliability for single-flooding zones.
For smaller projects, AxisGo provides a single-loop, non-networkable option built on the Axis EN platform, while QuickZone delivers straightforward conventional protection for up to 32 zones.
As Saudi Arabia continues rapid expansion in healthcare, hospitality, education and transport, Advanced is working closely with regional distribution partners and seeking new collaborations to support the Kingdom’s fire safety ambitions.
