O’Hanlon is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has held senior finance roles across construction, manufacturing and food sectors.

She now leads a five-person finance team and is involved in supporting executive business planning and delivery across departments.

Lisa O’Hanlon said: “The role really appealed to me because of the unique combination of being part of a small, close-knit company while also benefiting from the backing of a global organisation, it felt like the best of both worlds.

“I’m excited to step up to this new challenge and it’s been great to lead the finance function as well as contributing to the wider decisions that shape the business.

“I’m focused on building a culture of pride and positive relationships across all stakeholder groups.”

New marketing executive based at Lisburn site

The company has also confirmed the appointment of Emma Callaghan as Marketing Executive.

Emma is based at the Door Group’s Lisburn office and brings around ten years of marketing experience, having worked in automotive, e-commerce and diagnostics sectors.

She holds a BSc in Advertising and a Master’s in Digital Media Communication and is responsible for campaign strategy, internal communications and digital marketing content.

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions said her role involves collaboration across sales and technical teams.

Emma Callaghan said: “I was looking for a supportive and progressive environment where I could make an impact, and ASSA ABLOY has exceeded my expectations.

“The work we do here, particularly around safety and compliance has really opened my eyes to how vital doors are in building design and security.

“As the sole marketer for Door Group, I’ve had the opportunity to shape our strategy while collaborating with teams across technical, sales and leadership.

“I’m excited to keep developing my skills, particularly in design and visual storytelling and to play a key role in raising the profile of our innovative door solutions.”

Sales appointment supports regional engagement

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions reported that Steve Judd has joined the company as Area Sales Manager for Door Group.

Judd has over 20 years of experience in account management and sales, including in roles within ironmongery, timber doors and furniture fittings.

The company noted that his appointment reflects a focus on customer relationship management and contract delivery.

Steve Judd said: “I’ve always liked adding little touches that make an end users experience more than just the standard. I’m looking forward to becoming that reliable point of contact, it’s all about trust and consistency.”
