BAFE Holdings appoints Lewis Ramsay as Group Chief Operating Officer
BAFE Holdings has announced the appointment of Lewis Ramsay as Group Chief Operating Officer, effective Monday 3 November 2025.
Ramsay brings more than 30 years of experience in operations and strategic leadership within the fire safety sector.
He will oversee operational strategy and implementation across all BAFE-owned companies.
According to BAFE, his appointment supports the Group’s commitment to operational excellence and continued growth.
BAFE leadership welcomes Ramsay to the Group
Dr Justin Maltby-Smith, Group Chief Executive Officer of BAFE Holdings, welcomed the appointment and highlighted Ramsay’s sector knowledge and leadership experience.
