CCE Group acquires Netherlands-based cargo safety firm Trip&Co
CCE Group has acquired Trip&Co, a company based in the Netherlands known for fire containment and cargo protection solutions.
According to CCE Group, this acquisition will add to its existing capabilities in the aerospace sector by integrating Trip&Co’s products into its portfolio.
Trip&Co, founded in 1890 and headquartered in Nieuw-Vennep, has a long-standing presence in air cargo safety, with products including fire containment systems, thermal covers, straps, and cargo nets.
Trip&Co’s operations serve clients worldwide through a global production network, delivering customized solutions for cargo security and protection.
Trip&Co to strengthen CCE Group’s global air cargo capabilities
Trip&Co’s integration into CCE Group is intended to broaden the group’s cargo safety offerings. The company’s equipment is used to address safety risks in air cargo logistics, with fire containment systems designed to meet regulatory and operational demands.
CCE Group stated that Trip&Co will complement the work of AviusULD, another CCE business focused on cabin and cargo equipment, by adding specialized fire safety and thermal protection products to the group’s range.
The acquisition is expected to lead to operational collaboration between the companies while maintaining Trip&Co’s core focus areas.
