Six new hires boost Inspectas’ expertise in property safety
Compliance specialist Inspectas has announced six new appointments, enhancing its property safety expertise across multiple disciplines.
As reported by Inspectas, the West Yorkshire-based firm, which celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, has expanded its team by adding fire, equipment, laboratory, asbestos, and business development professionals.
The appointments include Management Board Director Andy Walker, Senior Consultant Darren Tubb, Business Development Manager Jason Smith, Assistant Laboratory Manager Irene Tom, Senior Asbestos and Framework Manager Kristian Bailey, and Trainee Analyst Surveyor Alex Robinson.
These additions bring Inspectas’ team to a total of 56 professionals.
Strategic hires support business growth
The new hires reflect Inspectas’ commitment to supporting its strategic growth, with Management Board Director Andy Walker leading the company’s expansion.
The six new professionals collectively bring over eight decades of experience in compliance, contributing to the company’s multi-disciplinary team.

The growth in client base has led to a need for expanded services, including fire risk assessments and asbestos management.
