Acquisition expands passive fire protection capacity
Compliance Group has acquired Total Fire Safety to strengthen its passive fire protection services across the UK.
According to Compliance Group, this represents the organisation’s 18th acquisition, building its compliance capabilities during a period of rising regulatory standards and increasing demand.
Burton upon Trent-based Total Fire Safety was established in 2011 and delivers passive fire protection including fire doors and fire stopping, alongside fire risk assessments.
The company has built its business on long-term client relationships and accredited expertise. It is BAFE SP205 certified for life safety fire risk assessments and FIRAS certified for fire door and fire stopping.
Compliance Group said the acquisition will allow it to provide wider fire protection coverage to thousands of clients who already rely on its compliance services.
