Complii brand launch streamlines building safety and regulatory compliance delivery

Compliance Group has announced a full rebrand to Complii, marking a new stage in its development as a UK provider of building safety and regulatory compliance services.

The company said the rebrand represents its aim to become the most trusted partner in building compliance, delivering solutions that protect people, assets and the environment.

The move unites its businesses operating in water, air, fire and electrical compliance under one identity.

According to Complii, this change follows 18 acquisitions across the group to date, with plans for further growth.

Each acquired business will now operate under the single Complii brand, providing continuity for customers while improving access to the company’s full service range.

New identity emphasises partnership approach

Complii said the new name and design introduce a more collaborative approach to an industry often viewed as traditional.

The visual identity features two dots side by side to symbolise partnership with clients and alignment of safety goals.

This marks a shift from transactional service delivery towards a model centred on joint responsibility and transparency.

The launch includes the new company name, redesigned website and updated branding applied across all assets.

Sarah Dixon, Chief Executive Officer of Complii, said: “We are incredibly excited to introduce Complii.

“For too long, the compliance industry has been fragmented.

“Complii challenges that by creating a single reliable partner for all safety and regulatory needs.

“Our new name reflects our promise to our clients – the two dots in ‘Complii’ signify that we are by their side, every step of the way, making it easier than ever to ensure their buildings, people and assets are safe.

“By bringing our talented people together as one Complii team, we are not only streamlining our services but also creating a central hub of innovation to better serve our customers and lead the industry forward.”

Ansor highlights strategic consolidation

Complii is part of the Ansor portfolio of companies.

Ed Ainsworth, Partner at Ansor, said: “The launch of Complii is the successful execution of our core strategy: to create value by consolidating a fragmented market.

“The nature of building compliance creates risk and administrative waste.

“Complii eliminates this friction.

“By uniting 18 specialist businesses under one powerful brand, we deliver a single, reliable partner that provides complete clarity and comprehensive coverage.

“This strategic unification establishes a new, higher standard of safety and efficiency, delivering significant and lasting value to our clients.”

Continuity of technical expertise

Complii confirmed that its existing technical teams and service standards remain unchanged.

The company said clients will continue to receive the same high-quality building compliance services from familiar teams, now supported by a clearer brand structure and simplified communication channels.

The unified brand is intended to create a consistent customer experience and position the business for future development.

Relevance for fire and safety professionals

Complii’s rebrand unites multiple disciplines relevant to building safety, including fire, air, water and electrical compliance.

For fire engineers, risk assessors and building services consultants, this development offers a consolidated service structure that can streamline project coordination and reduce administrative overlap.

Procurement officers and facility managers may find value in dealing with a single partner that integrates compliance across several safety domains.

Electrical contractors and system installers could also benefit from unified documentation and clearer communication when coordinating work within large building projects.

By standardising compliance under one entity, Complii’s approach could support more consistent implementation of fire and life safety measures in complex facilities.
