Kitchen fire and hygiene systems to feature at Italian hospitality trade fair
Desu Systems has announced it will present two commercial kitchen fire safety solutions at Host Milano 2025, according to a press release issued by the company on 25 June 2025.
The international exhibition will take place in Milan in October 2025.

According to Desu Systems, kitchen environments pose fire risks due to the combination of heat, grease and oil, which accumulate during normal operations.
It added that this challenge is compounded by the hygiene demands placed on professional kitchens.
Company to showcase two system types
Desu Systems said it will exhibit two products designed to address fire risk and hygiene standards in commercial kitchen settings.
According to the company, the first is the Buckeye Kitchen Mister, a fire suppression system engineered for professional kitchen environments.
It explained that this system is intended to support fire safety in compact, high-use kitchen settings.
Desu Systems added that its second product is the K-Star Automatic Degreasing System, designed to reduce grease accumulation in kitchen ductwork and extraction systems.
Both systems will be presented at the company’s stand using step-by-step demonstrations.
Exhibition presence to focus on compliance and design
Desu Systems stated that visitors to the booth will receive information about how the showcased systems align with current European Union fire safety regulations.
The company said that the solutions are designed to be compact and to integrate with limited-space kitchen installations.
Desu Systems added that the two systems have been developed for use in commercial settings including hotels, hospitals, food courts and catering operations.
It noted that each system aims to maintain hygiene standards while supporting fire risk mitigation.
