Element expands operations with new Toronto laboratories

Element Materials Technology has announced an investment of USD 13 million in its Canadian operations.

The investment includes the establishment of two new laboratories in Toronto, Ontario.

A 54,000 square foot industrial laboratory focusing on fire testing and building sciences has been established, aimed at providing enhanced services to sectors such as construction, aerospace, and transportation.

The new facility is expected to reduce delivery times and improve accessibility for customers in need of advanced fire safety and materials testing.

In addition, Element has launched a new life sciences laboratory in Toronto, concentrating on pharmaceutical testing.

The facility features upgrades in several departments, including metals testing and materials characterisation, further enhancing Element’s capability to meet growing demands in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Element bolsters fire testing and building sciences services in Canada

Element’s new industrial laboratory in Toronto represents a major advancement in its fire testing and building sciences capabilities.

The laboratory is designed to offer comprehensive services to various industries, including construction and aerospace, with state-of-the-art equipment and a team of over 30 professionals.
