Static Systems Group have announced that it has been acquired by Halma. Halma, headquartered in the UK, is driven by a clear purpose to grow a safer, cleaner, healthier future for everyone, every day which is highly aligned with Static Systems’ values, strategy and culture.

Static Systems Group will be joining Halma’s Medical division and will benefit from the expertise and international reach of the global group while maintaining autonomous day-to-day operation of the business and the strong connections it has with employees, customers and suppliers.
