Event to run under patronage of Minister of Interior

Intersec Saudi Arabia’s seventh edition will take place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre (RICEC) from 29 September to 1 October.

According to the organiser, the event will be held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Interior, in association with the General Directorate of Civil Defense.

The organiser said the 2025 edition will feature more than 370 exhibitors representing the security, safety and fire protection sectors.

It added that over 27,000 visitors are expected to attend, marking the largest edition of the event to date.

The event is organised by 1st Arabia and licensed by Messe Frankfurt.

Focus on Saudi Arabia’s safety, security and fire protection needs

Intersec Saudi Arabia stated that the exhibition is focused on the requirements of the Kingdom’s market.

The organiser said it aims to connect global companies with Saudi buyers to strengthen national resilience.

It added that the platform is intended to encourage collaboration between public and private sector stakeholders.

Future Security Summit to address critical public safety topics

The organiser confirmed that the Future Security Summit, Powered by ASIS International Dhahran Chapter, will return this year.

It stated that the summit will bring together international speakers to examine developments affecting public safety and national resilience.

According to Intersec Saudi Arabia, sessions will include discussions on AI-driven surveillance, predictive policing, mega-event protection and critical infrastructure security.

It added that the programme will provide insights on challenges and solutions influencing security in Saudi Arabia and other regions.

Fire Protection and Technology Summit to examine emergency response

Intersec Saudi Arabia confirmed that the Fire Protection and Technology Summit will also return.

It said that this part of the programme will focus on fire and emergency response practices for complex environments.

The organiser noted that planned topics include smart city firefighting, high-rise rescue, HAZMAT response and regional disaster coordination.

It added that the agenda will also address building human capital in fire protection and safeguarding giga developments during large-scale events.

Speakers will include international and regional leaders in the field of fire safety.

Opportunities for engagement with Saudi giga-projects
