moviTHERM has announced the launch of Irley™, a new IoT thermal camera designed to detect fire risks, equipment failures and heat-related issues before they develop into costly incidents.
The company said the all-in-one IoT thermal camera combines thermal detection, monitoring and false alarm suppression in a single device, eliminating the need for a separate monitoring system. The solution connects via Ethernet or LTE, enabling deployment across facilities with existing network infrastructure as well as remote sites without wired connectivity.
When abnormal heat conditions are detected, Irley™ sends instant alerts via phone call, text message or email through moviTHERM’s iTL Cloud platform, allowing operators to respond quickly to developing hazards.

According to moviTHERM, the IoT thermal camera is intended for facility managers, operations teams and risk and safety professionals seeking earlier visibility of potential fire hazards and equipment issues.
The company said installation requires three steps: positioning the camera, configuring alert thresholds and notification preferences, and activating monitoring. Users can remotely access thermal imagery, review temperature trends over time and adjust settings without visiting the installation site.
Irley™ also automatically documents alerts and events, creating a digital record that organisations can use during incident investigations or when working with insurers. moviTHERM said maintaining a documented history of thermal monitoring may support risk management and insurance discussions by providing evidence of ongoing asset monitoring.
