LearnPro Group expands software capabilities with Infographics acquisition

LearnPro Group, backed by Apiary Capital, has announced its acquisition of Infographics UK Ltd., a provider of emergency services software.

The acquisition brings Infographics’ FireWatch, FloSuite, and Prevent + Protect products into LearnPro Group’s portfolio, adding to existing solutions like XVR Simulation, pdrPro, and learnPro.

According to the company, this acquisition aligns with its strategy to broaden its suite of tools for emergency services and critical infrastructure markets.

LearnPro Group CEO Costi Karayannis said the integration of Infographics products enhances their offering by addressing current needs in risk management and prevention.

New tools to meet fire prevention and risk management demands

Through the acquisition, LearnPro Group aims to deliver a more comprehensive range of tools for emergency services, expanding capabilities in human resources, resource planning, asset management, and virtual reality training.

The Prevent + Protect tool, now part of LearnPro’s offerings, is designed to help fire services comply with evolving fire safety responsibilities, highlighting an increased focus on risk prevention in the sector.

Karayannis emphasised the acquisition’s value, stating: “The addition of Infographics to LearnPro Group allows us to offer a broader ecosystem of management tools to the global emergency services and critical infrastructure market, while addressing emerging needs around risk prevention.”

Russell Wood of Infographics UK expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition and the alignment between the two companies.
