Omnigo acquires Incident Response Technologies

Omnigo Software, a provider of public safety, incident, and security management solutions, has acquired Incident Response Technologies, Inc., makers of the Rhodium Incident Management Suite.

With this transaction, Omnigo expands its suite of safety and security management solutions that help organisations improve operational efficiency, minimise risk and organise the entire safety and security management lifecycle, allowing institutions to focus on what they do best. Omnigo customers will now have the ability to extend their access to the entire Rhodium Incident Management Suite, including its incident and event pre-planning, enhanced ICS forms and incident management.
