Pierce Manufacturing to highlight US fire safety solutions at FDIC 2025
Pierce Manufacturing will feature twelve fire apparatus and new technology solutions at the Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC) 2025 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The company will occupy booth #5337 near the Capital Corridor between April 9 and 11, showcasing vehicles and integrated systems aimed at supporting safety, performance and operational efficiency.

Fire apparatus to be displayed at FDIC 2025
Pierce’s exhibit will include a selection of 12 vehicles designed for a range of fire and rescue tasks.
This includes the Enforcer Volterra Pumper, Enforcer Top Mount PUC Pumper, Enforcer PUC Pumper, and an Enforcer Heavy-Duty Rescue Pumper with Collision Avoidance Mitigation System (CAMS).
Other apparatus on display will include multiple configurations of aerial ladders and towers, including the Enforcer Ascendant 100′ Heavy-Duty Aerial Tower with TAK-4 T3 and the Enforcer 100′ Heavy-Duty Tractor Drawn Aerial.
Frontline Communications’ C-40X-4 Saber Command Unit will also be part of the showcase.
Technology supporting operational performance
The company will demonstrate a range of integrated systems and hardware designed to increase safety and efficiency.
Among the technologies on show is the Collision Avoidance Mitigation System, which uses radar and artificial intelligence to help reduce risks during emergency responses.
Pierce will also feature the TAK-4 T3 independent rear suspension system, which is designed for improved vehicle manoeuvrability and clearance, and the redesigned low-profile cab Enforcer chassis which reduces height.
The Top Mount Control PUC Pumper will also be displayed, which features a redesigned pump panel with a transverse walkway, enabling elevated operation.
Connected systems and digital tools
Pierce will highlight the ClearSky Intelligence connectivity solution, which allows access to diagnostics, performance data and maintenance logs remotely.
The HiViz Connect warning light system, integrated with the Pierce Command Zone system, will also be presented as part of the connected apparatus on display.
The PACCAR MX-13 Big Block Engine, available exclusively on select Pierce chassis, will be shown at the event with technical experts offering product insights.
Industry voices featured through Pierce Dispatch Podcast
Pierce’s FDIC 2025 exhibit will include live recordings of its Dispatch Podcast, featuring interviews with customers and fire service professionals.
The podcast sessions will cover topics including fire truck design, developing technology, and operational challenges in the field.
Sessions are scheduled across the three-day event and will include expert discussions and new announcements.
