Serco has appointed Mohamed Kamal as General Manager – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & Emerging Markets.

The company said the appointment was made on Thursday 25 September in Riyadh.

According to Serco, Kamal will lead the company’s work in Saudi Arabia during a period of rapid change under Vision 2030.

Career background of Mohamed Kamal

Kamal brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the Middle East and Africa.

He has held senior positions with UPS, TNT and Aramex.

Most recently, he served as Regional President – Middle East and North Africa for G4S.

Serco said his career has focused on strategic and operational growth in industries that align closely with its services.

Serco confirmed that Kamal will work on strengthening partnerships with government, defence and transport sector clients.

Samantha Rowles has also been promoted to General Manager – United Arab Emirates.
