MSA Safety, Inc., a global developer of advanced safety products and solutions, announced the promotion of David J. Howells to the position of President, MSA International.

As reported by MSA Safety, Howells will oversee the company’s business operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Howells joined MSA Safety in 1981 and has held various leadership roles.

He was named Interim President of MSA International in February 2024.

Previously, he served as Vice President, Sales and Customer Marketing for MSA International, contributing to the company’s commercial business transformation with a progressive Go-to-Market strategy.
