Kenyon International Emergency Services, a leading provider of disaster response services and a subsidiary of the global aviation services group, Air Partner, has officially announced Kevin Curreri as the new Vice President of Global Response.

This strategic move aims to fortify Kenyon’s global team of experts in crisis and disaster response, reflecting the organisation’s commitment to enhancing its operational capabilities across the globe.

Curreri, stationed at Kenyon’s UK headquarters in Bracknell, is tasked with the comprehensive strategic and operational oversight of Crisis Management and Disaster Response within the Air Partner Services Division.

Reporting directly to Jonathan Astill, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Services, Kevin’s role is crucial in coordinating with Kenyon’s wide array of clients.

These include Government agencies, emergency services, local authorities, and major corporations worldwide, ensuring the delivery of optimal outcomes during crises and emergencies.

Kevin Curreri’s extensive experience

Kevin Curreri brings a wealth of experience to his new position at Kenyon International.

His background as a security advisor, risk management specialist, and justice sector development expert underscores his comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in crisis management and disaster response.

Previously serving as the Director of Operations for Control Risks’ Confidential Crisis Response Department, Curreri led a team of specialists providing critical advice on resolving severe incidents such as kidnappings, piracy, and extortion.

His experience extends to international diplomacy and crisis management, highlighted by his role with the United Nations in Somalia.

There, as a pivotal member of the UN Hostage Management Programme, he managed responses to kidnappings of UN staff and their dependants globally.
