Rosenbauer America have announced that Laurie Rengel will be joining their team as the new Vice President of Customer Service & Aftersales.

Rengel joins Rosenbauer America with extensive global customer service leadership experience from Polaris Industries, Thermo King and other industry-leading organisations. Rengel specialises in leading teams to create a best-in-class, comprehensive customer experience that includes all facets of engagement.

She has demonstrated capabilities to build winning teams that exceed customer expectations, including response time, parts, training, documentation, diagnostics, repair and a 360-view of Rosenbauer’s core customer – first responders.
