Miller Knight welcomes Matthew Flower as new Managing Director

Miller Knight, a renowned multi-discipline principal contractor, has announced the promotion of Matthew Flower to the position of Managing Director.

Flower, who joined Miller Knight in 2019 as Regeneration Director, brings over three decades of experience in the construction industry to his new role.

On his appointment, Flower remarked: “I feel hugely fortunate to have this opportunity, it is an honour and privilege to be appointed to lead our strong teams in delivering schemes for our clients.

“I am looking forward to building on what we have already achieved and improving what we do in line with our core values of being professional, passionate, meticulous, responsive, and personal.”

This organisational change sees the former Managing Director, David Dickson, moving into the Chief Executive role.

In this capacity, Dickson will focus on Miller Knight’s key opportunities and overall strategy.

Regarding the leadership transition, Dickson commented: “With a strong pipeline of work secured for 2024, I truly believe now is the right time for me to step aside and pass the reigns over to Matthew… He has been absolutely fundamental to how we have been delivering our projects and building our fantastic teams.
