A new appointment to Koppers’ board

MSA Safety, Inc. has announced that Nish Vartanian, the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has been elected to the Board of Directors at Koppers Holdings, Inc.

Koppers, headquartered in Pittsburgh, operates as an integrated global provider of treated wood products, wood treatment chemicals, and carbon compounds, marking a significant stride in its governance.
