FeuerTrutz 2024 set to bring together Europe’s fire protection community

With just four months to go until FeuerTrutz 2024 opens its doors in Nuremberg, the only trade fair and congress in Europe focusing on a comprehensive range of fire protection solutions, is set to provide a critical platform for the latest in fire prevention and containment.

Around 80 percent of the exhibition space has been booked, signalling strong industry support and interest.

Exhibitors are encouraged to seize their last chance to participate, with the event’s extensive supporting programme promising a wealth of knowledge, networking, and experience.

For over a decade, NürnbergMesse and RM Rudolf Müller Medien have joined forces to host FeuerTrutz, crafting a venue that mirrors the evolving trends in fire protection.

“FeuerTrutz 2024 promises once again to be another unique highlight, despite the challenging conditions in the construction industry,” remarked Stefan Dittrich, Director FeuerTrutz, NürnbergMesse.

He highlighted the event’s capacity to adapt popular programme items to reflect current topics and mentioned the significant industry backing that has already secured 80 percent of last year’s space.

The startups@FeuerTrutz pavilion, in particular, is seeing interest from many new companies.

Supporting programme highlights

The Forum by asecos, after its successful debut last year, returns with a focus on key topics like risk assessment and the management of lithium-ion batteries.

Marc Sommer, Team Leader Trade Fairs & Events at asecos GmbH, emphasized the importance of a high-quality supporting programme, which includes the asecos academy’s expertise and an experimental lecture on hazardous substances.

The event also features a forum dedicated to digitisation in the fire protection industry, offering insights into successful digital implementations.

Additionally, the Fire Protection EXPERIENCE provides live demonstrations, allowing visitors to see fire protection solutions in action.

The startups@FeuerTrutz pavilion and the Training & Career Meeting Point further enrich the programme, offering platforms for startups and educational opportunities in fire protection, respectively.

Fire Protection Congress 2024

Running parallel to FeuerTrutz, the Fire Protection Congress organised by RM Rudolf Müller Medien covers a wide array of topics crucial for the industry’s professionals.

This year’s congress will delve into the new Timber Construction Directive, fire protection in existing buildings, and sustainability in fire protection planning, among other subjects.
